Ladies and Gentlemen,
This email is intended for widest dissemination to the community and within your respective work locations. Firstly, thank you for all the support we have received so far. The welcome we have received from the community has been nothing short of amazing. The exercise is in great shape and we are very excited to commence our activities in your community.
I intend to send a daily email once the exercise commences, this is to inform you of the following days activities within Whyalla and the wider region. Please let me know if you would like to be removed from this distribution list and please let me know if you need someone added to this distribution list.
Between 7-22 Nov please expect to see people with weapons, see heavy vehicles and hear some blank firing. If you have dogs that are susceptible to noise, it may be advisable to ensure that they are secured whilst you aren’t at home.
We will continue to distribute leaflets throughout the town to inform the public, particularly in areas that we will be using.
For any further enquiries, please call my mobile number below (I generally only get a chance to check emails in the late afternoon).
I have attached a powerpoint slide with some basic information about the exercise.
