Whyalla City Council has recently embarked on a joint venture with Whyalla Business and Tourism and Business SA to assist local businesses to thrive and grow in 2021 and beyond.
Business and industry are the backbone of Whyalla. Although the majority of local businesses have managed to navigate through the difficulties of the COVID-19 pandemic, we recognise that continual work needs to be done to galvanise the economic prosperity of our city.
This new tri-partnership, funded by Whyalla City Council, is designed to help many of the small businesses in Whyalla to not only remain viable, but expand, generate additional income, employ more local people and help Whyalla’s economy thrive.
In the form of a 12-month business growth program, 150 businesses within the Whyalla City Council area (with an ABN) will have access to the full array of services provided by Whyalla Business and Tourism and Business SA, including the Business Advice Hotline, Business Accelerator Program, grants and tenders support, networking events and more.
Places are limited, so please register your interest today.
Alternatively, you can call Business SA directly and speak with their Member Engagement Team.
